The owner and medical director of GCIC. Completed medical school at the University of Arkansas, he attended two-years of postgraduate training in general surgery. Dr. Siegel has a special interest in Ambulatory
Care Medicine and is personally involved in all medical care rendered at the center.
Marcos Otero, PA-C
Joined GCIC in March 2005. With a Bachelors degree as a P.A. from the University of Oklahoma and two Masters degrees from Troy State University in Public Admin. and the University of Nebraska in P.A. Studies &
Family Medicine. He retired from Eglin AFB after 25 yrs of various clinical service.
Charles Windfelder, PA-C
Joined GCIC in March 2013. He enlisted in the Air Force in 1990 and retired in July 2013 after 23 years. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He has practiced family as well as emergency medicine. Charles’ most recent duties in the military include that of a Combat Aviation Advisor and an International Health Specialist.
Steve Switzer, PA-C
Joined GCIC in April 2002. Steve is a Physician Assistant who graduated from the University of Arizona with postgraduate work at the University of Kentucky.
He has been working in Primary Care as a physician assistant for over 25 years.
