Mary Jane Swanson Office Manager
Mary Jane or “Smoke” as we often call her - joined our clinic
SEPTEMBER 2004. She brings with her fourteen years experience as a Medical
Administrator. "MJ" sets the clinics goals and sets the fires. She is the
motivator. She is our MOVER and SHAKER! Her goal is to provide the VERY
BEST CARE! To that end she looks towards the future and constantly improves
everything for our patients and staff.
Gloria Hall - Medical Biller
Gloria is a cornerstone of the clinic. She began working as our
receptionist over eighteen years ago. NOW --she is the wizard of
billing and insurance claim filing. Her thorough knowledge helps our
patients understand and procure the correct insurance claims and benefits. She
is well trained and versed in ICD and CPT codes. Gloria arrived in Fort Walton
in 1987 and like all of us fell in love with the charm and beauty of the areas
people and customs.
 Shanna Jenkins, R.N
Shanna is a true native Panhandle and Floridian girl.
Raised here and graduated from Fort Walton Beach high school.
Shanna has been with the
clinic since 1997. She began her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse and
decided to further her medical education and to expand her knowledge. She
returned to school and received her Degree as a Registered Nurse in 2000. Shanna
loves the water and spends as much time as she can in her boat in the crystal
blue waters of our coast.
 Tracy Walden LPN
Tracy was born and raised in Baker, Florida. She
graduated from Baker School in 2002 and went to Lurleen B Wallace Community
College in Opp, Alabama. There she obtained her LPN certificate. She has
recently been accepted into the Registered Nurse program and there she will continue her education and become a registered nurse. Tracy loves the
outdoors lifestyle. She cannot wait to get outside to camp, fish, boat,
and hunt. She also loves her two Jack Russell terriers.
Jamie Walker, LPN
Jamie arrived to Fort Walton Beach as a military brat. Her parents
were in both in the Air Force. Jamie graduated from Fort Walton Beach High
School and pursued her nursing career by attending the Florida Community College
at Jacksonville. Jamie enjoys hanging out at the beach with friends and family
just enjoying life and having a good time.
She is also furthering her education as she takes more night time classes.
 William
"Lee" Greene ART
A native New Yorker, Lee was born and raised in Brooklyn, New
York.
Lee joined the Air Force and received his training as a Radiology
Technologist in 1988 at the US Air Force School of Healthcare Sciences.
Lee
completed his Associates Degree in Radiology Technology from the Community
College of the Air Force.
Lee
joined the Gulf Coast Immediate Care Team in August 2003.
He brings to our clinic his unsurpassed techniques.
He is also a major player on our team as he also performs patient
check-in and checkouts. He became a
"Floridian": in September 2000 and now resides in Niceville.
 Desiree
Receptionist
Desiree came to Fort Walton Beach as a young child when the military
stationed her family here. She was a Fort Walton Beach Viking and
graduated in 2003. She loves to travel and hang out with friends.
 Ashley
Billing Department
Ashley returned this year and rejoined the clinic. She has experience as
a receptionist and jumps up front to help keep the flow of patients thru the
clinic smooth. She is married and scheduled to be reassigned later this year.
We are hoping she gets reassigned from Eglin AFB to Hurburt Field. That way she
can stay with us.
 Courtney
Medical Records
Courtney also returned to us this year after six months of opening her
horizons. Courtney is always seeking new adventures. She is a quick study and
gladly takes on challanges.
Rachel - Receptionist
Rachel joined us this spring. Rachel moved here from Texas as an
adolescent. She attended middle
school and graduated from Niceville high school in 2001.
She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
